The item must be in the same condition you received it in. It does not have to be in its original packaging,<\/p>

Every reason a customer may need to return an item varies. Depending on what the reason is, you will either receive a partial refund, a full refund, or an exchange which will be in the form of a gift code.<\/p>

Shipping<\/h2>

Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the cases of flaws in workmanship, your return shipping may be waived. Again, this is on a case by case basis. <\/p>
