Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lily Sparkle Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Hair accessories such as bows, headbands, clips, etc… are processed withing 1-3 business days. Clothing items are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays.
When ordering more in quantity, processing times go up by approximately 1 business day per additional item. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email left on the order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USPS First class shipping (2-5 days): $4.25
USPS Priority shipping (1-3 days): $8.55
USPS Priority Express (1-2 days): $25.50
If you are located in Utah you will also have the option for pick-up. Please contact us if you choose this option so we can arrange pick-up. Please be aware, we are located in Salt Lake County, if you are outside of this county, shipping will be a better option. It should only show this options to customers residing in Utah. If it displays this option and you are not in Utah, please do not choose this option.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
*We are only shipping domestic at this time, if you are in another country please contact us and we will give you a quote on international shipping costs based on where you live and how to order.
How to Check the Status of your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 4
If you have not received your order within 5 days of your shipping confirmation email please contact us at julie@lilysparklecreations.com with your name and/or order number and we will look into it for you.
Additional Notes
You will receive your order within the amount of time specified in shipping times above (based on what you chose at checkout) from the date the order has been shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends. We will still ship on Saturdays, but orders will not be processed on weekends.
